MY BACKGROUND
A little bit about myself, so i’m an ex professional Football player who’s career ended due to a major injury on my femur. As any young guy would go through in that situation I found myself looking for whats next, being involved in high level sport since a very young age. It was obvious in which the avenue was going to be yet which way would it go?
Well for me I spent a lot of time of the back of the injury with physios and in the gym to build the leg back up - from that moment is when the spark ignited inside me of where I can direct this incredible level of discipline i have created through my life. I then soon realised after pursuing my new passion for the gym that I was actually pretty strong which directed me into bodybuilding using myself as my own trail and error. Side note to this - during this time I had finished my higher education and begun university studying Sports science. Which furthered my interest and desire on the body and all the amazing things we can do with it.
Which finally led me into the path for the rest of my life which is becoming a reputable and knowledgable coach. With this career I knew I wanted to have a huge background of education and understanding of all the mechanics involved which was not only my life’s hobby but now my possible career, with that in my mind the second I graduated with my Honours degree. Then went on to do a Master’s in Biomechanics. Whilst doing level 2/3/4 Certs in Personal Training. Level 1/2 Dietitian, Level 1 Nutritionist.
7 years later i’m now an established and not only very educated and knowledgable coach but have a huge amount of experience within all things coaching.
